What platform are your designs created for?

We make theme designs for self-hosted WordPress (otherwise known as WordPress.org). You will need a domain and hosting package to use our themes, not access to WordPress.com where our themes are incompatible.

How do I install the design?

Our designs are installed as you would install any other WordPress theme in your Appearance dashboard. Go to Appearance > Themes > Add New and upload your theme file. There are instructions and help videos in our Help Centre!

How long does it take to install the design?

It will take a couple of minutes to install the theme and then anything between an hour to a few hours to customise your brand and add all of your content depending on how into it you get!

I don’t like my design, can I get a refund?

As we are sending workable files, we can’t offer refunds on our designs. However, we really want to make sure you love it so please drop us a message and we will help you get set up so you’re as happy as possible!

How do I get the design files?

As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive your design files, tutorial documents and a link to our information hub via email. If you made a purchase and didn’t get these files, please get in touch with us so we can check your order!

Can you help me install my design?

We can! Check out our WordPress installation services to let us take over so you can sit back and wait for your new website!

Can I add my own logo/colours/images/copy?

Everything on our designs is crafted to be customisable and completely match your brand. You can upload every part of your own brand to make sure the website is made for you and represents your business. Use the tutorial guides in the WordPress help centres.

I like the colours in your demo, can I use them?

Hell yes! We’ve carefully crafted six beautiful house colour palettes that you can make your own. They are all built into the designs so you can bring them into your brand if you like!

I love your design but I prefer something more simple, how can I do this?

We get it, not everyone’s brand is big and bold colour! Some of our house styles are more minimal and muted colour palettes, or you can include your own minimal palette. You can also remove some of the graphics if they don’t fit your brand image.

I need help! Do you offer support?

Of course! We don’t want you going into your redesign blind. Please get in touch with any queries and we will be sure to help you out.

I've installed my theme but it doesn't look right. Help!

Don't worry! It's completely normal for your website to look a little messy when you install a new theme. We recommend setting aside some time to read over the tutorials in our help centre to learn about how our themes work. And if you get stuck at all, just pop us a message!

Are you going to start creating templates for Squarespace/Blogger/Shopify/Wix/WordPress.com?

Unfortunately not. Our expertise lie with WordPress so we'll be sticking with what we know best! However, if you would like to move over to one of our platforms we'd be happy to provide some advice on making the move.

Do you offer custom website design/development?
